Receive and answer all incoming calls, replying and drafting emails/messages
Organize and schedule booking appointments
Cashiering role (handling payments via cash/cards)
Provide basic and accurate information, and answer all clients queries
Assists clients to complete all necessary forms and documentation including medical insurance
Monitor and place orders for medical and office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions
General book-keeping: Petty Cash, Bills/Invoices, Inventory etc.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties
Keeping the reception area neat and well organized
Preferably with relevant experience
Salary: AED3000
*Working Days: 6 days a week ( Tuesday to Sunday)
*Working Hours: 9 hours including 1 hour break

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
