Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Female Personal Assistant to support the daily operations of our real estate business. Only female applicants should apply. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily schedule and calendar, including property viewings, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and other communications.
- Assist with property management tasks, such as coordinating maintenance, preparing contracts, and liaising with clients.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other real estate-related documents.
- Handle check-in and check-out formalities for holiday homes, ensuring a smooth experience for guests.
- Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all dealings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned to support the real estate operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a real estate or related industry.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
