Ziroten LLC is seeking a highly organized and proactive Online Store Operations Executive & Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a background in e-commerce operations, with strong skills in marketing, design, content creation, and content writing. Familiarity with CRM management and Microsoft Office tools is essential to support the overall growth and optimization of our online store.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the online store, including order processing, inventory management, and customer support.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns.
- Assist in content creation and content writing for product listings, social media posts, and online banners.
- Use design tools to develop visually appealing online content.
- Monitor website performance to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze sales and traffic data to recommend improvements and drive growth.
- Manage customer relationships through CRMs.
- Use Microsoft Office tools for reporting and data analysis.
Requirements:
- Experience in e-commerce operations or online retail management.
- Strong skills in digital marketing, content creation, and content writing.
- Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.), CRMs, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of both English and Arabic is a plus.
