Admin + Cleaner
Location – Al Asayel St, Downtown, Dubai
Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Admin Assistant + Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front office management
- Greet and welcome walk-in-clients or any others visiting the office.
- Scanning, printing and Filling of documents.
- Handling all incoming calls and redirecting them to the concerned departments.
- Must have computer knowledge and experience in softwares.
- Ensure office and pantry items are replenished in due time.
- Perform general office chores such as cleaning, mopping, and sweeping to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
- Assist in small administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
- Greet and welcome guests and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Serve as a tea supplier for guests and employees, ensuring refreshments are available as needed.
- Utilize computer skills to assist with basic office tasks such as typing, emailing, and using office software.
- Assist with basic paperwork and documentation as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in similar roles preferred but not required.
- Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills.
- Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing office needs.
