Admin + Cleaner

Location – Al Asayel St, Downtown, Dubai

Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Admin Assistant + Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front office management
  • Greet and welcome walk-in-clients or any others visiting the office.
  • Scanning, printing and Filling of documents.
  • Handling all incoming calls and redirecting them to the concerned departments.
  • Must have computer knowledge and experience in softwares.
  • Ensure office and pantry items are replenished in due time.
  • Perform general office chores such as cleaning, mopping, and sweeping to maintain cleanliness and orderliness.
  • Assist in small administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and handling correspondence.
  • Greet and welcome guests and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Serve as a tea supplier for guests and employees, ensuring refreshments are available as needed.
  • Utilize computer skills to assist with basic office tasks such as typing, emailing, and using office software.
  • Assist with basic paperwork and documentation as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in similar roles preferred but not required.
  • Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills.
  • Fluent in English with good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing office needs.
