Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing meetings.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with the preparation of property listings, marketing materials, and client presentations.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of property transactions, client interactions, and other relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Handle office supplies, equipment, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably in a real estate environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of real estate terminology and processes is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
