Office Admin cum Marketing (Arabic Speaker Required)

Job Opportunity: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Admin cum Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. If you are fluent in Arabic and have a passion for administration and marketing, this could be the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties including managing calls, emails, and office supplies.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Handle social media management, content creation, and engagement with our Arabic-speaking audience.
  • Translate marketing materials and other documents from English to Arabic and vice versa.
  • Assist with customer service and client communication, particularly with Arabic-speaking clients.
  • Maintain a professional and organized office environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in administration and/or marketing is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
