Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Admin cum Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. If you are fluent in Arabic and have a passion for administration and marketing, this could be the perfect role for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general administrative duties including managing calls, emails, and office supplies.
- Assist in coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
- Support the marketing team in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Handle social media management, content creation, and engagement with our Arabic-speaking audience.
- Translate marketing materials and other documents from English to Arabic and vice versa.
- Assist with customer service and client communication, particularly with Arabic-speaking clients.
- Maintain a professional and organized office environment.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in administration and/or marketing is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
