Full job description
We require Beauty Salon experienced Ladies with at least 2 years in UAE.
- Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned beauticians of their arrival.
- Book and confirm appointments via phone and email.
- Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts.
- Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area
- Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability
- Inform clients about new services and discounts
- Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures and gift cards)
- Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered
- Manage call center
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Order business cards, brochures and stationery as needed
- Since salon has a wide range of services, receptionist must have knowledge of all of them as well as their purpose and effects.
- Receptionist should call clients and remind them of their booking a day in advance.
- Between of each appointments make sure to leave 10-15 mins extra before scheduling next appointment
- Maintaining cleanliness of a salon, especially in the early morning before opening time, will also be your duty.
- Determine customers’ need for salon services by figuring out their problem areas such as skin and hair issues
- Ensure that customers are handed over to the correct hair or nail expert within the salon
- Ask customers for feedback on salon’s services and provide assistance with problems or complaints
- Call clients who are late for appointments and see if they are running late or are a no-show
- Inventory responsibilities, inventory has to finished and handed over to manager maximum by 25th day of every month
- Receptionist is responsible for taking photos and videos of each services and handing over to creative director.
- To be successful in this role, you should be highly organized and able to manage clients with grace, even during peak demand.
- Ultimately, you will help boost our reputation by building friendly, trusting relationships with customers.
- You also need to be extremely well organized and be physically presentable.
