Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in a professional, friendly, and timely manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and answer questions regarding menu items.
- Serve food and beverage items with a focus on presentation and accuracy.
- Set up event dining areas, and ensure all necessary supplies are available.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation policies.
- Handle guest concerns and feedback with professionalism.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress, preferably in high-volume or upscale settings.
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, during weekends, and evenings as required by event schedules.
- Valid health certificate and ability to work legally in the UAE.
